For A Friend

Internets, I have a friend who has a question, but can't go see a doctor for two weeks. Since Doctor Google is so broad, I figured I would ask my readers if anyone else has been dealing with this, you know, so I can tell her.

This friend experienced this same thing a year ago, but she thought it was related to a medication she was on, but the past week, the issue has surfaced again.

So internets, please tell me, has anyone else experienced a sharp, splitting migraine right after orgasm? It kind of ruins the whole love making thing when you go from that to a VERY painful migraine.

I remember a specific night where I had the worst headache ever after sex.. can't say it was right immediately afterwards, but it was definitely several moments after. He went to the bathroom and smoked a quick cigarette, and then came straight to bed- by then I was hurting so bad I was in tears. I never felt like one had anything to do with another, since weather is a big trigger for me, and when I have sinus issues, lots of sudden, jarring movements will also trigger. So to answer your question, I don't think its a regular occurrence, but I also don't think she is the only one ever to have dealt with that. I remember shoving 3 alleve down my throat- I usually try to hold off on that but that night I took it in record time... and he rubbed my shoulders until I fell asleep. It was gone when I woke up, but the grogginess wasn't.

Hey, yeah there is a name for that condition. Apparently, there are people who have something of that sort.

I hope your friend will get cured.

I uh...have a FRIEND...who's had that happen a time or two. I...er, SHE...never figured out why or had it happen more than once or twice in a blue moon. *shrug* I hope YOUR friend stops having the problem, though, because I HEAR it sucks!
