Diet Check In

It's been a week since I started back on the low amylose diet and things are going pretty good. I'm not sure how much weight I've lost because I don't have a scale, but I can tell I have lost something. I have an appointment at a doctors office tomorrow, so I'll hijack their scale then.

For some reason, this time I have been really craving bread. I've dreamed about it and almost caved a few times. I'm not sure why it's so hard this go around.

I've been eating fruit, sour cream, and bean soup like it's going out of style. I have had a one pound container of sour cream since Monday. It's only Wednesday, folks!

I keep meaning to up my metformin, but I always remember way after I eat. Hopefully I'll remember tomorrow.

I miss working out! On top of the back pain, last night I stepped on my big toe. No, not with my other foot, but the same one. I'm not sure how it's possible, but my big toe rolled under my foot just right and I stepped really hard right down on it. Holyfuckingshit. Worst.Pain.Ever. Have you ever seen a grown woman crawl up the stairs? Don't judge her, it's easier to move that way. Ha!

Hope you're all doing well. I'm starting to freak out that classes start in 11 days. So depressing. Love my time off!
