Some people find a happy medium.
Regardless of which outlet your prefer, one of the best pieces of advice I can give someone who is going through infertility, is to have a way digest the emotions they are experiencing. Infertility is a road of ups and downs. It's not healthy to keep it all in. You don't have to start a blog and open yourself up to a corner on the Internet, but please don't keep it all bottled up.

I love to type too! I wish I was brave enough to start a blog.
How lovely is that journal! I know that there are still some things that bloggers don't share on the web and keep to themselves so what better way than a journal to keep track and get out all those inner most thoughts and feelings!
