Today a decision will be made.
All information has been discussed. There are points to be made.
Lets just hope it's enough to convince a judge the right thing is to keep A in a safe, stable environment.
I'll update everyone as soon as I can. We're expecting anywhere from a 4 to 7 hour hearing.

I have not been commenting, but i have been following your struggle to provide a safe and stable life for your niece. I pray they truth will be revealed today and that she will remain in the safe, loving environment provided.
Even if things do not turn out the way you hope, know that you have done an amazing thing for a precious little girl. You have stood between her and what you see as danger to her well being and declared "NO MORE!". Your protection over her has spoken to her heart and it will be a special love she carries with her no matter where she goes. I do not doubt that even if things do not go the way you hope, if you find her in danger once again...you will again come to her aid and I am sure this is something she knows as well.
