My Mom, Grandma, and Aunt are about 38 hours away from their first visit to The Hassee. I'm so excited to see them, that I can't even think about sleeping and it's 3:50 in the morning as I am typing this. They will be down here for a little less than a week since my Mom and Aunt are moving as soon as they get back in town.
But, between now and when they arrive, I am cleaning like a mad woman. The more I clean, the less bitching I hear from my family while they are here and the less I get talked about when they get back home. Our family is full of a bunch of women who like to gossip.
Let's play a game...
While I am cleaning, how many bags of trash will I be throwing away? The person closest without going over wins 25 Due points. They can't be redeemed for anything except personal satisfaction of being a winner, but it's still a cool prize nonetheless.

I know exactly how you feel with the cleaning! I had family round a few days ago and was like a woman posessed. Didn't matter anyway, my bathroom floor wasn't quite up to scratch! Why do we do it eh?

I get the cleaning thing for when family come, I do it all the time!

Hmmm... not knowing the size of the bags I'm going to take a random guess at 6! Hope the cleaning goes well. I always feel much better after cleaning (even though it's never much fun at the time). Happy ICLW!
