Unprofessional Response

I awoke to an email this morning that said:

Dear Seller,

How many items do you get? Do you get all four? Your description isn't clear.

Sincerely,
Buyer

My unprofessional response:

Dear Illiterate Buyer,

I think you e-mailed the wrong person. The first two words of my description are "CHOICE OF" in big, bold letters. Following that, you get the two choices separated by "OR" in big, bold letters. The picture isn't of four different items, but it's the front and back of your two choices. Also, there is a section that says "QUANTITY X 1" and the 1 can be adjusted to fulfill the quantity you desire.

Please feel free to actually read the description before contacting the seller.

Sincerely,
Me

I love that response. I so would like to say that to people when they ask stupid questions like "how much is your free brochure?" Uh duh!

I have to say as a fellow seller, there are SO many times I have to bite my tongue, or sit on my fingers in this instance, to keep frorm ripping off heads. How dumb are some people out there? I would truly hate to actually drive on the smae road as some of the people who have asked me questions before. Can they actually read the street signs? If they can, do they understand them? I also like the question- or maybe it's more a statement- Oops! I didn't read the description before I bought it... can you cancel my bid? hmmm... there are people out there who deserve neg. feedback and can't get it... but that's another blog!
