Sick Days

So, with me moving soon, I've had several questions about my vacation days, personal days, and sick days. At the moment, I have a week of vacation, 3.5 days of sick, and one day of personal. I am using my vacation to move NYEBoy the week of the 11th. I am using my personal day for an eye appointment on the 18th. However, we are not allowed to use our sick days if we call-in, if we have under 50 hours. If a doctor takes us off work, we can use them. It sucked I wouldn't get those hours even though I worked for them.

That was until yesterday morning, ha! I woke up sick as hell, I can barely talk. So now, I get to go see a doctor in the morning and take a few days off, and get paid. WoooHooo! On a serious note though, I think people who work front desk should get more sick days than people who aren't dealing with patients directly. I can't wait to get my immune system back when I move!

If you need me, I'll be in the bed or on the couch in my jammies until morning time.
