So, today marks day three of my new exercise routine. I am working out during my 30 min lunch and after work for 30 minutes to an hour depending on where I have to be afterwards. It's crazy. I'm walking around feeling like I have saran wrap around my stomach from all the sit ups. I hope it works! I haven't managed to figure out the eating situation yet. I am debating on getting the weight watchers book when my tax refund comes in. I have the money, I just don't know if I can commit to a new eating habit. I keep fucking up, every day. Cheesecake, m&ms, g!rl sc0ut c00kie ice cream, beef jerky, sweet tea, I should stop now. Maybe it's just because it's V@lentine's week that they keep catering all these fucking sweets. I have gone back to diet sodas, no water though, yuck! It's a step, right? One thing at a time kinda deals.
Speaking of Valentine's day, it's also my sisters' birthday. I went to dinner tonight with my dad, sister, and A. It was fun, until he gave me my gift, sugar free candy* and a $10 bill. Why does he do that shit every fucking year? One year I swear I am going to get him a non-alcoholic beer or something along those lines.
I got my sister a jewelry box, flowers, and a cake for her birthday. I also got my mom flowers I will take by her work some time tomorrow morning. Aren't I sweet?
