He Listens!

Well after dealing with my assistant boss not doing crap when I went to him regarding my co-worker, I finally went to TheBigGuy. I told him I was sorry I was coming to him on his first day back, but I came to my breaking point days ago. He smiled and said I could come to him any time. I discussed the issues with the co-worker outwardly telling me I was stupid, I was an idiot, I don't know what I am doing, I screw things up etc, etc. He said he was expecting this to happen and was expecting me to come to him A LOT sooner, suprisingly I lasted 4 months. I so strong!! lol He said he would talk to her but that he knew she would get upset and cry and he needed to wait until tomorrow to tell her. He asked me when he should tell her (tomorrow morning or afternoon) I said afternoon because I was leaving early. He laughed and called me a sissy. He said I was doing a wonderful job and that the front desk hasn't been run right for years now, he said not to worry about my job security.

My assistant boss came to me this morning saying he wanted to let me know that THEBIGLADY who is over TheBigGuy told him I was doing a wonderful and I had the fewest mistakes of the other girls doing front desk.

You know, some people may think I suck or I am stupid, but the people that matter think I am doing a damn good job. So they can all take a nice, big, glass of STFU and sip on it all year long, because I'm not going anywhere!
