I just have to whine about gas prices for a moment. This is really getting crazy! Here it is around $2.83 a gallon, higher in other places I am sure, but good greif! We are in the process of saving for a new vechile. We were looking into maybe a Ford Focus. We still have to research it a bit. Feel free to drop me a line about them if you have one! How high is gas where you are?

Here gas costs an average of 1.45 euro per liter.
That's 5.5 euro per gallon, more or less.
That is 6.93 dollar.
Gas prices in the U.S. are phenomenally low. ;-)
I commute to work by public transport every day, my employer pays for it and I hate driving through heavy traffic. My husband walks to work (30 min one way) because he hates standing arround in traffic in rush hour.
We have a car, but we use it on average once every two weeks. This is rather exceptional, most people use their car every day.
